Privacy notice

Effective from 2 November 2026.

1. Controller

2. Newsletter

Data: your email address and when and where you signed up (website). Purpose: sending our newsletter about offers, news and free slots. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Hungarian Act XLVIII of 2008, section 6). You can withdraw it at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every newsletter, or by writing to info@stylerstudio.hu. We keep the data until you unsubscribe.

Newsletters are sent with UAB "Sender" (Lithuania, sender.net), which processes the email addresses on our behalf. Addresses collected on our previous website were moved here for the same purpose.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made in the Altegio online booking system (Altegio Europe Kft., Széchenyi István tér 7, 1054 Budapest). Data: name, phone number, email address, the chosen service and time. Purpose: managing and confirming your booking and sending reminders. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the data until your client account is deleted, and at most for 2 years after your last booking. Altegio acts as our processor.

4. Contacting us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep this until the matter is closed, for at most one year.

5. Running the website

The website is hosted and served by Netlify, Inc. (United States). When you visit, the server records technical data (IP address, time, browser type) to keep the site secure; legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Transfers to the United States rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission.

The website itself sets no cookies and does not track visitors.

6. 3D tour

The 3D tour of the shop is provided by Matterport, Inc. (United States). It only loads when you scroll to it; Matterport then receives your IP address and may set cookies it needs to work. See Matterport's own privacy policy for details.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, object to its processing, and ask for your data in a portable form. Send your request to info@stylerstudio.hu; we reply within one month.

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; www.naih.hu; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or go to court.

8. Changes

We update this notice when the website or our data handling changes; the current version is always on this page.
